Experience is the best teacher. It’s just that simple. While you might think you’ve done the reading, quizzes and other parts of the actual exam on your own, there are no shortcuts when it comes to being confident about what you have studied. Not having someone to take your exam will hurt your chances of passing.
Take the organic chemistry exam at the beginning of the semester. Practice test is going to help you do just that. Make a good grade, even if you didn’t prepare in advance.
You could go to the professor’s office. That would be okay too. But better yet, take a moment to go over your notes with a friend or hire someone to do the examination for you. Chances are, the professor would prefer not to see it all.
Going for a chemistry exam without reading the notes could cause you problems down the road. It’s time to learn to do chemistry on your own. Don’t feel like you’re doing yourself a disservice.
Chemistry class is very difficult if you don’t have the proper equipment or materials. You might have to get help from another student or buy a book or two. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or receive it.
Unfortunately, you might even have to pay for such things. You should check the cost of certain textbooks.
Most of us can’t afford to buy them so we end up getting them through school grants or loans. Or we might need a year or two of tuition assistance.
If you take the time to look into it, you’ll find that there are a lot of college students who are living with their parents right now, which is something I didn’t think was possible. You shouldn’t have to rely on others to get a college education.
It’s easy to get involved in organic chemistry. You don’t need a lot of capital to take the exam. You don’t need a lot of time to do it either.
Keep in mind that any effort you make will be rewarding. It might not be immediate but you will reach your goal in the end. The course might get a little harder but it’s worth it.
